Neutral alternatives for Gendered English Words

Language is the most basic medium of communication with each other. The communication using dialog cannot be beaten by any other source or medium of communication. This is why many people feel comfortable in communicating with their fellow countrymen or people who know their native languages.

Gendered language consists of words that are bias towards sex or gender. If you call someone a policeman or a policewoman, it indicates the gender specificity. In such a case, you can be gender-neutral by saying a police officer which conveys the message in the most gender-neutral way.
