In December of 2021, asphalt officially became the most recycled material on the planet. Produced from distilling crude oil, the substance is temperature resistant, strong, and binds with a slew of other materials, making it productive for manufacturing roof shingles, roadways, parking lots, and waterproof surfaces among other essential things.

Canada has come up with a new energy strategy that has the
potential to compete in the race to replace coal in Asia and Europe and reduce
emissions that leads to environmental destruction. Canada is working on energy
transition to Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), which could change the energy world.
The production also raises a question if Canada would be the leading supplier
of LNG to the world? If yes, then Canada has a very bright future ahead.
The reports by U.S. Census Bureau USA Trade platform show
Texas as the country’s biggest exporter with oil and petroleum product making up
one-third of its export in the year 2019.
Other goods that are shipped from Texas include computer
parts, aircraft parts, and integrated circuits. Cotton is also exported by the
Lone Star state and makes up one percent of its economic output.
California was titled as the second-strongest exporter in the
US with $173 billion worth of exports. Aircraft parts, integrated circuits, and
semi-conductor machinery were the top items in California’s export list.
Diamonds and almonds are also exported by California.
Other states that took part in major economic output in America
included New York and Washington. While New York’s major export consists of commodities,
food items, and minerals – Washington contributes airplanes and airplane parts
to the world.
The Great Lockdown continues to turn markets on their head. Last week, we dug into the unprecedented number of initial jobless claims coming out of the United States, which topped 22 million in a period of four weeks.
It’s just days later, and we already have our next market abnormality: this time, traders were baffled by West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude — the U.S. benchmark oil price — which somehow flipped negative for the first time in history.
How is that possible? And how does it tie into the COVID-19 oil price crash in general?

Have you ever wondered how far down companies have to drill for oil? It’s quite staggering! Over the years, companies have had to go further and further into the earth in order to find Earth’s remaining oil and today we are deeper than ever. In this piece, we’ll be looking at the Z-44 Chayvo Well, the deepest on the planet, and show you comparisons so you can see clearly just how amazing this feat is.
We might deny it.. We might diminish its importance.. We might not like it.. But the fact is that gas prices are intrinsically correlated with the overall economy in the U.S. and have been for decades. Oil gluts and crises have correlated with economic prosperity and recessions, especially when looking through the lens of inflation.
Most of us greet the news that oil has fallen to $50 a barrel with a shrug of our shoulders. It goes up, it goes down; no one dies. We fail to engage because we don’t understand what drives it either way, or how it affects us. As with all commodities, supply and demand plays a big part in its price. It peaked in 2008, but the subsequent global downturn saw it experience one of the sharpest drops in history.
Any driver will know the struggle of trying to get the most miles to the gallon, trying to eke as much out of your vehicle as possible. Petrol certainly isn’t cheap, and we welcome any way of cutting the running costs of your vehicle! Your fuel consumption can largely be down to the type of car you drive, but it’s also affected by the way you drive.
