Economic growth: inequality gap among different scale workers in China

When a country undergoes economic growth, all of its workers especially those who are listed in the bottom 20% are expected to obtain a rise in their incomes, but in the country of China, economic growth causes a spike in the incomes of workers listed in top 20% which eventually creates a huge inequality gap between the low and high-income generators.

Despite yearning to achieve a society where the income gap is moderate every year, China still manages to generate a substantial inequality gap between the low and high-income makers, which not only puts the bottom 20% in the utmost danger but also gives extra benefit to the top list holders.

While the whole world was protesting against the deeply rooted inequality in the US and other big states, these companies declared positive statements through social media to offer their support, and while these companies made a difference by pledging money, there also exist companies that did not respond to this inequality issue in fear of getting their reputation tarnished.

Racial Discrimination in the United States of America

With the sad recent case of George Floyd, there is no denying that racial discrimination is prevalent in the United States. In light of this recent killing of George Floyd, Black Americans as well as people who are in support of them, have taken it to the streets. But it doesn't end here.

This inequality exists not only in the sphere of law and crime, but in other dimensions of life as well. Black Americans have to go through a lot in their education years as well. According to a study by the Pew Research Center, black Americans who have went to college, have reported racist experiences more than those black Americans who haven't had the college experience in the first place.
