Around the world, which solar energy companies make the most money? That question is answered with this new infographic from the team at Solar Power Guide, which ranks the top solar energy companies by revenue. According to the data and research, it was found that JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd. saw more revenue than any other solar energy company around the globe at $4.6 billion in revenue. Located in Shanghai, China, JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd. first went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010, and today serves customers (both residential and commercial) in many countries around the world, including the United States, China, the United Kingdom, Canada and Germany. Aside from JinkoSolar Holding Co Ltd., the only other two solar energy companies globally that saw more than $2.9 billion in revenue were Canadian Solar Inc. at $3.2 billion in revenue and First Solar Inc. at $3.1 billion.
