According to this visualization, the revenue data is based on the estimated amount of units that were sold, which is then multiplied by U.S. dollars. The six VR headsets that have generated the most revenue ever include the Oculus Quest 2 (10 million units sold), PlayStation VR (5 million units sold), the HTC Vive (1.3 million units sold), the Oculus Rift (1.5 million units sold), the Oculus Quest (1.1 million units sold) and the Oculus Go (2 million units combined).
