On the second is our all-time favorite, the biggest video streaming platform, YouTube. Annually, people spend about 142.6 billion hours on the website that account for 1.1 million years.
Third comes our go-to socializing website, Facebook. With over 2.85 billion monthly active users, Facebook is the most widely used social media application. Rightfully so, the website experiences massive traffic all the time that results in a total of 44.6 billion hours or 334.6 thousand years.

Twitter and Instagram hold the fourth and fifth rank in the list, respectively. Twitter is basically a news hub where all the major news from government officials and international news stations are shared. People from all around the world spend around 13.4 billion hours every year on the platform which is equal to 100.6 years.
