E-commerce was evolving a lot quicker than imagined during the lockdown. However, as the pandemic lockdown in the United Kingdom comes to an end, shops, including the unnecessary ones, are also reopened for the public. With their reopening, one thing that has been noticed is that the retail norms have been completely changed forever.
A poll among 1050 British shoppers was conducted to find out how in-store life is going. The results came out as 40% of the people have already visited the store within the first week after lockdown, and 60% of the people haven’t.
