Facebook is bringing official music videos to its platform in the U.S. This new feature will help users discover, watch, and share music videos from top artists, bands, and classics across various music genres.

With this feature, global music video premiers will soon be happening on Facebook including exclusive content from artists like J. Balvin, Alejandro Fernandez, Karol G, Sebastian Yatra, and Calibre 50.

Facebook is also hyping up fans to look out for a new track from Lele Pons, who is putting it out on Facebook first. Other than that, Panamanian R&B singer Seth will also be releasing a new music video on Facebook.

Facebook has been working with partners in India and Thailand to develop a whole new experience of music videos for users on Facebook. Now the company is partnering with Sony Music Group, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and others across the music community in the U.S.

Now on Facebook, users can like, react to, comment on, and share music videos of their preferences across News Feed, Groups, and the Messenger app. Users will also be able to react to the videos in real time as they premiere.

Moreover, there is a new spot exclusively for music in Facebook Watch where users can explore music by genre, artist, playlists or mood. Playlists will also include timely playlists like 'Popular This Week' or 'New This Week'.

Over time, as users engage more and more with the videos and follow their favorite artists, their experience will become more personalized to their tastes.

This feature is also a great opportunity for artists to interact and connect with fans in a better way around their official music videos. Fans will be able to follow artists to stay up to date and see their latest music videos in the News Feed. Artists can be followed directly from a music video as well.

Facebook aims to continue working with music partners to create better and unique social experiences for the Facebook community and bring people together through music. The social media company promises to add more of users' favorite music videos and continue introducing more features over time to help music lovers discover and share music on Facebook.

The Music destination in Facebook Watch is now available on desktop, iOS devices, and Android devices.
