As major advancements take place in the technology world, we can also witness trends changing in the sphere of artificial intelligence. By artificial intelligence, we mean smarter devices with clever algorithms running behind the scenes. If we think about it, we have a lot of soft AI present among us already. A few examples of soft AI can include voice search, scanning bar codes via our smartphones because honestly, there used to be a time our phones weren't this smart.
On the other hand. scientists and artificial intelligence researchers are also on the lookout to progress more towards hard AI. This can include the kind of super-smart robots we get to see in science-fiction films on the big screen. However, that is still a world apart so let us get back to the artificial intelligence race taking place between major organisations in the present.
Out of all the organisations, Apple is in the lead for this race of artificial intelligence since 2010. As per the statistics provided by CBInsight, Apple has more than 20 artificial intelligence startups under its name from 2010 until September 2019. This acquisition is the highest among all giant organisations, even more than Google and Microsoft.
