Okay, apart from looking very traditional and trendy, bamboo is an incredible building material. In fact, it is so environmentally friendly that many suppliers turn to it as an alternative to cotton and traditional wooden construction materials which take more resources to produce.
Now using cotton for 3 percent of the fresh water supply of agriculture, people are looking for more environmentally friendly alternatives. There's bamboo coming in! Bamboo, which is rapidly growing and better for the environment, offers a better choice for agricultural supplies. But to enjoy the benefits bamboo has to bring, you don't have to be in the agricultural industry!
