There have been many Presidential health scares over the history of the United States. From Eisenhower having a heart attack in 1955 to President George W. Bush passing out from choking a pretzel you know never when the President’s life may be in danger. With the recent health scares for Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Presidential health has been at the forefront of the news cycle. So the questions becomes, just how many people does it take to care for the health of the President?

MidAmerica Nazarene University has put together a really useful infographic that covers this topic. It turns out that up to 20-30 medical professionals are on hand at all times to service the President, the Vice President, his family and foreign dignitaries. When the President is travelling that number doubles with one team with the President and on team pre-positioned on the ground.
