Wines with accurate food pairing
Not all wines taste the same; thus it is not wise to pair any wine with any food. If you want to get the most out of every wine, you must combine it with the right food. Sparkling wines are the fizzy ones that have a large amount of carbon dioxide. Champagne is a sparkling wine that is sour and sweet, and it is very less acidic; thus, it has no significant digesting properties, so you should consume sparkling wines with light and salty food that goes well with this sweet and sour drink. Avoid consuming dense foods like red meat with sparkling wine.

Cava, too, has a citrus flavor that gives it sour taste and Prosecco is also fizzy, full of bubbles. Dry wines, as the name shows, have no sweetness, although they have a fruity flavor. They don't taste sweet, but they feel like fruits, just like Pinot Grigio that tastes like a pear, apple, or lime. Similarly, Sauvignon Blanc is also dry wine in which the taste ranges from zesty lime to aromatic peach. Both these wines should also be consumed with sone light and tangy foods that are a bit sour and enhance the flavor of the wine.
