Instagram is testing a new type of sticker for Stories, using which you can share and promote your upcoming scheduled events on the platform.
The new ‘Scheduled’ sticker can work as a reminder in your Stories for users who follow you, so they can see your listed events. The sticker will also contain a direct link to your event. It can serve as a helpful promotional tool for content creators and brands, especially.
While there are other promotional stickers available for Instagram Stories, they don’t offer links to the events. To include links, the Link sticker has to be used in combination with other stickers. Therefore, the Scheduled sticker can be used instead as a simple yet more specifically aligned tool for promoting events via Stories.
Instagram has released the Scheduled sticker to some users in the latest version of the app.
