Labour work is perhaps one of the toughest out there. Not only should labourers be keen on working carefully, but they also need to look after themselves. It doesn't really matter what particular task they carry out, since all tasks have their own risks. These tasks can include working at extreme heights, dangerous pipe and machinery involvement and much much more.
OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has defined a set of standards for the well-being of labourers in the United States. These standards are subject to change as per the environment or any new circumstances.
Each year, OSHA adjusts these hazards and labourers are complied to abide by them. This is for the sake of their own safety, as labourers are involved in jobs that can cause not only short-term but long-term effects on their health.
