Since Instagram has millions of active followers every day and the global pandemic has increased the number of followers even more. With the new update of Instagram, you won’t have to search for a person’s profile by typing their username; instead, you can scan the QR code, and it will redirect to the profile. An Instagram user can create its own QR code which can be scanned by any third-party camera application.

The main purpose of this update is to make it easier for the businesses to generate their QR codes and print them which customers can scan to visit their Instagram accounts.
