Upon surveying a thousand employees in different work environments, we were able to gather relevant data based on the load that was subjected to these workers. It is no lie that every firm puts a little more stress on the shoulders of its employees than necessary. While this pressure might appear once in a blue moon or quite too often, every employee has to bear it because apparently, it is their job.
Preferences of different age groups regarding various job roles
Upon reviewing the responses of young workers, we noticed that most of them sided with the option of 'unfair' when asked about the tasks assigned to them that were completely out of their field capacity. Similarly, the majority of the management staff believed that it was completely fair for an employee to execute a task outside of his field role. Only 7.3% of employees stated that they did not agree to perform any task outside of their field capacity. In comparison, 56.4% of people were found out to have affirmative thoughts regarding exposure to various job roles.
The Covid-19 epidemic and its consequences
