Our viewpoint keeps on changing by the time, and we start
thinking ways to tackle the challenges that might appear in the near future so
that everything works smoothly. If we talk about our perspective of work, in
the earlier years, people only believed that working through office could be
the only way to earn money and benefit the company with your services. However,
by this time, when the entire world is shut down, large gatherings are banned,
and the financial crisis is crucial, remote working has been brought into
action by tech giants.
Massively renowned tech companies like Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, Twitter are on the top of the list amongst the companies that shut their offices as soon as this pandemic began. But, now these are the last to bring their employees back to the offices. This sudden and unexpected pandemic has affected the entire globe in ways more than we can ever imagine. The most severe are hunger and financial issues. These problems shall not be neglected at any cost, or the world would have to suffer from another huge dilemma of poverty after this pandemic ends.
Thus, to overcome these issues and lessen the post-pandemic crisis that the world has to face, tech giants are considering remote working. Whatever the highly-paid and senior employees need, firms are trying to provide them every means, so that remote working gets as convenient as possible. Not only this, but they are also carrying out recruitment processes online and hiring remote workers for their offices in different cities/countries. Even the fresh grads having no experience are also encouraged to apply to remote jobs, so they don't face joblessness in this critical time. A huge list of people has sent applications for remote jobs to the companies, and if they match with the companies' criteria, they are welcomed warmly. Companies like Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc. even said that remote working might become permanent for some employees.
This is, though not something that can be done in a few days only. It requires at least some months. Each company is taking every measure and keeping all the possibilities in mind so that the results are much healthier. ‘Modern problems require modern solutions’ and remote working is certainly one of the great ways to confront so many massive issues.
