Overnight Oat Recipes Great For Breakfast
Oats are one of the healthiest options for weight loss, skin, and digestive system. It keeps us fresh when taken in the morning on an empty stomach. One of the most significant benefits of it is that it contains fiber, both soluble and insoluble, it is the perfect breakfast food they also have positive effects in cancer protection.  Some of the overnight oatmeal recipes are made out of fruits and nuts.
Berry Chia:
 The ingredients of berry chia seeds include the topping of ½ cup mixed berries, ½ cup of milk, and ¼ cup of Greek yogurt that will be needed for the liquid. The mix-ins will need one tablespoon berry jam, ¼ teaspoons of vanilla extract, one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon chia seeds. For the base, we will need ½ cup rolled oats.
Blueberry banana:
 The ingredients of blueberry banana include the toppings of ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup sliced banana. ½ cup of milk for the liquid, for the mixed ins one teaspoon of vanilla extract, one teaspoon chia seeds, and ½ mashed bananas. For the base, we will need ½ cup rolled oats.
 Blueberry Almond:
The blueberry almond needs ¼ cup of blueberries, ¾ cup of milk for the liquid. The mix-ins will include ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract, one tablespoon almond butter, one-two teaspoon of honey.  The base will be prepared with ½ cup of rolled oats.
Banana Nuts:
The toppings of banana nut will be two tablespoons of walnuts and 1/3 cup of sliced bananas, for the liquid 2/3 cup of milk will be added. The mix-ins will include ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoons of nutmeg, two teaspoon chia seeds, ½ mashed banana. The base will need ½ cup of rolled oats.
Maple French Toast:
Maple French toast will is made with 2/3 almond milk, and the mix-ins will include ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ mashed bananas, and ½ teaspoon maple syrup. The base is prepared with ½ cup of rolled oats.
Peanut-better banana:
 Peanut butter banana will need ½ cup almond milk and ¼ cup of Greek yogurt for the liquid. The mix-ins will include one pinch of salt, one tablespoon of peanut butter — two teaspoons of honey, ½ mashed bananas, and one tablespoon of ground flaxseeds. The base will be prepared with ½ cup of rolled oats.
Cherry Vanilla:
 The toppings of cherry vanilla will be ½ cup of pitted cherries, and the liquid will include ½ cup milk and ¼ cup vanilla yogurt. Mix-ins will consist of one teaspoon cinnamon and one teaspoon of ground flaxseeds, and the base will be prepared with ½ cup of rolled oats.

Chocolate Coconut:

 Chocolate strawberry needs ¼ cup strawberries, for the toppings, 2/3 -3/4 cup almond milk, and 1/8 cup of Greek yogurt for the liquid.
