Move your phone and watch close to each other

There might be a signal issue due to which your watch might not be connecting to your phone. Bring the two devices close to each other and see if they connect.

Check the Settings

You need Bluetooth to pair the two devices together, check to see if your phone’s Bluetooth is off or any of the two devices have the Airplane Mode on. Make sure the settings on both the devices are set properly for them to connect.

Turn the Phone and Watch Off and On Again

This is the first thing most of us do when our devices don’t work. Turn your iPhone off by holding down the side lock button until you see "slide to power off" toggle, then slide it to turn the phone off. Afterward, press the side button to turn your phone on.
