I consider myself a casual runner, running 2 -3 times a week for about 20 minutes. I don’t have any current goals to run a marathon, but I want to make sure I keep my legs healthy. The best way to keep healthy legs is to follow your doctor’s advice, assess your legs weaknesses and strengths, exercise, and rest your legs.
Keeping up a regular routine will ensure healthy outcomes toward your goals. We’ll discuss some fun things to try and ways to keep motivated when working towards healthy leg goals.
