It’s quite fascinating how people born within a few years from one another can differ so much in life views and attitudes. People and kids born from the 1980’s until the break of the new millennium are collectively referred to as “millennials”, and can be described as risk-takers and proactive people. These generations are all born in the internet age, with the earlier set born right at the dawn of the World Wide Web.

This generation currently comprise 30% of the world’s workforce, which may even rise in the years to come, suggesting that their influence and power may increase in the future. People and kids born in these years feel an enormous pressure to succeed, since their parents, most of which are born after World War II, are successful in most of their fields. With job opportunities plenty during those times, people born right after the second world war – the Baby Boomers – have a much more easier chance to land a good-paying job.
