You know that feeling of dread you get when you need to clean the entire house? Well imagine having to clean the entire Roman Coliseum, a whole skyscraper, the Eiffel Tower or clean up after a messy festival! It’s a fair point, especially when you consider that if we fail to clean our home for a week, we suddenly find ourselves staring down a small army of dust bunnies. While simply hosing everything down with cleaning products may work at home, it’s a trickier proposition at, say, the Acropolis, where ancient statues fight the both decay of ages and the smog of being in the middle of a very crowded city, or scrubbing the 11,000 glass panels which make up The Shard in London.
