State By State Migration
How many times in your life have you moved to a different state or another country? Temporary or permanently? Can you imagine that this very moment, while you are sitting at your computer desk and chilling with a cup of coffee, thousands and thousands of people move across the country, in and out of the country, or are getting ready to move in one of those directions? It can be hard to see the whole picture, which is this graphic is about, showing how many people each state lost and gained over the previous two years.

The graphic, based on the U.S. Census Burea data, shows that some places are becoming more popular for living, and others, on the contrary, lose tremendous amount of people in favor of other states. What we see here is just a raw stats. It doesn't explain why people leave, and what their destination choice is based on. But that is another story.
