After complete lockdown which internet and telecomm blackout in Kashmir for more than a year, i.e., 376 days, India restores 4G services in two districts of Kashmir. The restoration has made to check whether the activities are maintaining law and order or violating them. This is a kind of a trial before making any further decisions. In the previous week, authorities said that the condition in many parts of Kashmir is “still not conductive” to entirely restore 4G services.
In August 2019, India scrapped Article 370 and blacked out Kashmir entirely. India wanted to eliminate the special autonomous rights of the Jammu & Kashmir.
