Harlingen, a city in south Texas, ranks the worst in the nation for internet access. 30.2% of households in Harlingen go without online access. Dallas, Texas also ranks for the city with the highest population that also has the worst access to the internet. Out of 445,621 household's 14.10 percent do not have internet at all. According to the last map on here, Chicago, IL is another city with the most households without internet access. 13.10 percent of 939,085 households do not go online in Chicago. It is hard to imagine life without access to the internet.
