Want to make your favorite personal chats stand out from others on WhatsApp? Well, WhatsApp has heard you and launched a feature where one can assign different custom chat wallpapers for individual chats. The feature will make it easier for the users to distinguish between the chats in a blink on an eye. Furthermore, the company says that there is an unlimited number of wallpapers you can select from.
The current ‘default’ doodle wallpaper by WhatsApp has also been rolled out in a variety of colors. Another cool thing that users can experience is the change of colors in the wallpaper with light or dark mode in their iPhones. Note that, the unlimited custom wallpaper feature is currently released for iPhone users only. You can also choose two different wallpapers for either of the modes, and they will be activated when you switch from light mode to dark mode or vice-versa.
The company is also releasing new sticker packs and enhancing the search results for relevant stickers and emoji. The World’s Health Organization sticker pack named “Together at Home” is also included in the update.
