The Guide tab will be present on the profile page between posts and the IGTV tab. Instagram users will be able to share the guides on profile through direct messages and also on their stories. As told by the company itself, product guides will be featured in the Shop option, which will lead you to the products that you are looking for posted by anyone on the platform. Brands can now also make their own guides and add them to the Shop tab.
Not only product guides but Places guides can also be created. Since there is a massive number of travel bloggers on the platform, the Places guide would definitely catch the user’s attention, and they would love to try out the new feature from their account.
You can now easily discover recommendations and other content from your favorite Instagrammers with the help of Guides. The company first tested this feature in May when various creators put up health tips and precautions for Covid-19. Guides are surely a great way to share their posts and present themselves well for people who are actually interested in their posts.
