Women with powerful designations over the years

For the past few years, women have played a major role in shaping a country's economy. A study showed that a considerable change was witnessed in the economic condition of the country when women were included in the workforce. It has also been highlighted through the infographic that women are relatively paid less than men with the same designation. This imbalance has been deep-rooted into the systems of countries that need to be changed at once.

The rate of female chief executive

In the US, Oregon is the only state which has the most number of female chief executives. Since Oregon has put its entire focus on bringing female entrepreneurs to the front line, it has the highest rate of females registered to the designation of Chief Executive. The records also reveal the fact that most of these women have at least a single child at home, and around 8% of the time, the age is less than 18 years.

Income generated by women in different states of the US

If we talk about the state that is run by the richest women, then it would be Maryland with a yearly income of about $284,300. The situation is completely different for women in the state of Wisconsin, as it is lagging behind in this race. The women relatively have a hard time earning a sizable income while living in the state of Wisconsin. The gender difference in the yearly income size plays a huge role in this regard. For instance, according to the charts, women working in hospitals get the highest pay than all the other professions while women working in industries suffer from gender discrimination.

There are so many gaps that need to be filled in order to achieve a just and economically stable country, and this could only be done if women start getting paid on the basis of their profession rather than their gender.
