Yoga has endless benefits and these can be vouched for by those who have made it a habit every morning in their daily routines. It is a good practice to do in the morning before we get started with our daily tasks and chores, as it helps us to get rid of the negative energy in our body. There are many exercises that makeup yoga and the inhaling and exhaling activities which go along with every exercise, add up to the mindful feeling. 

It is also known to facilitate weight loss or in the case of people who already have good body weight, yoga helps to maintain it. It's a good habit to start the day off with yoga as it helps us to realise our weaknesses and strengths, it also helps us maintain our energy levels. Due to various yoga positions, our body learns to achieve equilibrium and balance. Physical problems like back pain, neck pain, and headaches 
Stress is the ultimate enemy of human beings, both mentally and physically. Moreover, since we are living in an extremely busy era, where working hours have increased so much as well as spending a lot of screen time to get our work done, it is no wonder that a lot of people come under stress. It's not just the working class that becomes a victim of stress, but students as well. We are very well aware of the education system and the stressful situations students have to face on a daily basis. The never-ending assignments, exam fevers and what not. A lot of our physical problems are due to stress and yoga is the ultimate relief provider against stress.
