Whenever New Year begins, there is a change in trends and innovations. In today's market, things are evolving more quickly than ever before.10 marketing experts have given their opinion about the future.
The director of demand generation, Taplytics Ms. Jessie Berry, predicted that marketers would pair personalization with privacy protections. She also predicted that more than 90% of consumers are more likely to shop with brands that provide personalized offers and recommendations. 90% of customers will also share their behavioral data to get a better brand experience.

 CEO, Marketing inside group Michael Brenner predicted that empathy would be a key to marketing differentiator. There is one of his saying that there is a large number of channels that provide information and customer service, but consumers are craving more human experiences. He predicted that 3 out of 4 buyers are more loyal to businesses that give them the option to interact with human beings, and 37% of buyers question the legitimacy of the company itself if the possibility of social interaction has not given. 
Global head of commercial marketing, Adobe experience cloud Gurdeep Dhillon thinks that marketers will say hello to empathy and goodbye to integrated campaigns. He predicted that understanding is the ability to put yourself in someone's shoes and so you will be the number 1 driver of growth in the next five years.
 Chief Content Officer Marketing professional, Ann Handley thinks that the market will slow down to have more impact. She predicted that most people are using content marketing to achieve the top of the funnel goals.
Sr Manager, product management, Adobe (Marketo) Niranjan Kumbi thinks that AI will make marketing smarter and better for customers. He predicted that the next five years, the cost of operating AI would become cheaper, and intelligence will become an essential element of the business process.
