The transition towards improved electricity access in many parts of the world determines better production and distribution of electricity among the nation. According to the Paris Agreement, access to electricity is the main goal since it indicates health, wealth, and longevity.
Most of the developed countries already had good access to electricity in the past decade however, the low-income countries are now also seeing great improvements. As shown in the infographic below, countries like Cambodia, India, and Timor-Leste have seen some major improvements in access to electricity.
Asia and Africa in particular have been noticed with many prominent changes in terms of power and electronics.
