Nasdaq Corporate Solutions and KRC Research conducted a survey of 101 CCOs across North America and Europe working for businesses that had an annual turnover of at least $500 million. The research goal is to shed light on the attitudes and behaviors towards performance assessment and organizational KPIs among today's CCOs.
More precisely, we wanted to know more about the usefulness of KPI calculation, the advantages and disadvantages of a KPI method, the types of KPIs used by current CCOs, and their measuring procedure.
