Millions of people are now working from home because of the COVID-19 crisis. While some have a comfortable home office, many are now working from the couch or the kitchen table. That’s bad news for back health. Poor posture while sitting and standing can contribute to tense and overworked muscles. Weak core muscles don’t help, either. Back pain makes it more difficult to focus, make decisions, and get a good night’s sleep – all of which may already be a challenge under these circumstances.
