Road Traffic Accidents: How Does Suffolk Compare to the UK?

Road traffic accident (RTA) can occur in a variety of ways. As you would suspect, the most severe is a car accident, in which one vehicle collides with another (or more). However, RTAs may involve accidents with pedestrians, motorcycles, and bicycles, as well as situations where there has been an incident due to a road or driver's vehicle fault.

Although these are a daily occurrence up and down the country, they can fluctuate in severity–from a small bump in traffic to a serious injury and, in the worst cases, a fatality. In general, when looking at RTAs, we tend to put them into three categories of severity:' slight' or minor injuries,' severe' hospitalization, and fatality when one or more people are killed in the accident.
