For all those who love Instagram’s Boomerang camera, here’s
some good news. Instagram has recently added a bunch of new options that
include SloMo', 'Echo' and 'Duo' to its Boomerang feature. The new additions
can spice up your regular Instagram stories to make them appear more attractive.
But this is not all, Instagram has also added an option to ‘trim
and tweak’ Boomerang loops so you can alter the length of your clips as you
wish.
The modes and trimming option were found to be tested back
in August by Jane Manchun Wong, who is a reverse engineering expert at
Instagram. She suggested about six different Boomerang options that users could
pick. These included Classic, Hold, Dynamic, Slowmo, Duo and Duo Again.
Out of these, only three have been released but we can
expect others to make it through to launch later.
Boomerang is loved by a large number of Instagram users, and
since many people still struggle to create attractive video content for stories,
these new features are an easy choice to spark their visuals and make stories
more compelling.
