Every hour take five minutes to get in a little light exercise. It will break up the monotony of the day and give your muscles a chance to be active. Go for a walk down the block or do some lunges. If you stare at a screen all day long like most of us do, follow the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes look away for 20 seconds to a distance of at least 20 feet - this will help you reduce eye strain and all the health problems that come along with blue light exposure.
