Dubai is one of the hottest global destinations for international tourists. According to the latest statistics Dubai comes as the 4th most visited city in the world with over 14.6 million visitors each year and is expected to reach 20 million by 2020.

With the percentage of tourism rising, Dubai has become a hotspot for hotels and resorts and gets the highest visitor per resident ratio in the world which is 5.7 per each resident. Due to the high traffic it receives every year the average cost of a day’s stay in Dubai is around $300. It is a city where tourists spend fewer days and more cash and it was calculated that overnight visitors in Dubai spent $10.9 billion in 2014 and still the average stay period ranges from 3.78 to 3.84 days.
