More people started trusting the Covid-19 vaccines in 2021

After comparing the survey results from that held in Jan 2021, it has been revealed that more people are trusting the vaccines developed for immunity against the deadly pandemic. The United Arab Emirates and Singapore are the two countries that saw an incredible increase in the people trusting Covid-19 vaccines. Both the countries are having extremely successful Covid-19 vaccination campaigns as well.
The AstraZeneca and Johnson&Johnson vaccines faced some hurdles because of safety concerns however, both the vaccines are gaining people’s trust. Moreover, both companies have started to roll out vaccine batches earlier this year. But, there are various respondents that are still not willing to get the Covid-19 vaccines, these respondents are mostly from Thailand and Hong Kong, countries with a relatively low Covid-19 severity.

Overall, people in the UK have gained most of their trust in the Covid-19 vaccines whereas the Philippines, on the other hand, has the lowest approval rate i.e., only 56 percent. Unfortunately, the Philippines has been hit by another major wave of the virus that spikes the daily number of cases to 10,000. Despite the intensive spread of the virus, the availability of vaccine remains a problem in the country. France, another heavily burdened country has a low rate of vaccines approval
