Apple responds to the latest security breach found by Ian Beer of Google Project Zero

The latest security failure addressed firsthand by the researcher Ian Beer has taken the entire iPhone community by storm. As it turns out, an intruder can easily hack into an iPhone which is particularly present in its Wi-Fi range and control its features as well as data files without even leaving any clues behind. The scariest thing about this exploitation is the fact that even after having your phone completely redone by the attacker, you will still be quite oblivious to the intrusion since the activity will go completely unseen and unchecked by your phone.
The researcher, Ian Beer from Google Project, zero also informed that this attack did not even require any interaction with the phone holder and it simply just made its way into the phone and control whatever is there to be controlled by a camera, microphone, or files. As reported by the researcher, the intrusion was possible because of a bug present in the Apple Virus Direct Link (AWDL). This link belongs to the network protocol and therefore is responsible for either creating or breaking mesh networks with other Apple devices without us even knowing.

This news was not made public until the popular company rectified its mistake and instantly issued an updated version of the iPhone. The exploitation also revealed that this attack could easily open the gates for the hacker to get hold of the emails, messages, images, data files of the user which is basically considered to be the asset of an iPhone user. However, the company now promises to keep its dear users' data safe and secure from any future breach, but on the other hand, the researchers like Ian Beer will continue to determine and analyze the security parameters of iPhones and other Apple devices to make sure that the attackers are covered with the best security precautions.
