Limited users can access it for now, and if you are the lucky one you can check it out via the latest 'Selfie' sticker option. You can apply the effects as many times as you wish in one Stories frame.
If this is made available soon it will make a great addition for stories. It definitely looks fun and is likely to become popular if it is actually launched.
Instagram has launched and is planning to launch some pretty interesting features to stories this year. Some of the options include the option to reply to Stories via GIF, the video trimming feature that is currently being tested, the 'SloMo', 'Echo' and 'Duo' Boomerang modes, the 'Mirror mode' and more for stories camera.
Given that people have been keeping themselves busy with social apps during the lockdown because of COVID-19, it makes sense for these apps to be introducing new features to keep users from getting bored. We will have to wait and see which options gain popularity.
