With this option, users will be able to have personal interactions with their co-workers. In work groups, a user's work-related information will only be displayed on their profiles.
This will also allow you to message their colleagues without adding them as Facebook friends.
To create a work group, you'll have to visit Group Settings > Group Type and select 'Work'. This option is available for both mobile and desktop versions.
