However, almost in the blink of the eye you could be feeling the same pressure that Jose Mourinho finds himself in due to reigning Premier League champions Chelsea’s spectacular drop in form.
How different would the European football landscape appear if the motoring brand which sponsors each of the top clubs were in charge though? Used commercial vehicle dealership Van Monster has attempted to find out the answer with its inaugural Vehicle Manufacturer Euro Football League. Setting out the final table simply involved analysing the top four clubs of 13 elite European football clubs and awarding points to manufacturers depending on where the teams they sponsored finished in the 2014/15 campaign in the following manner:
