Whether you are new to the gym-scene or have been a regular for a number of years, you should be aware of the gym etiquette code, right? Why? Because there is NOTHING worse than sitting in a pile of someone else’s sweat, or having to spend 5 minutes foraging around for the correct set of weights because they’ve been abandoned unceremoniously in the wrong place by some ignorant so-and so.

Seriously, the gym doesn’t exist in a vacuum; good manners and etiquette still apply in much the same way as they do in every other aspect of daily life, and chances are you’re going to bump into the same community of people every time you work out – do you really want to upset them (especially if they’re a lot bigger than you!)?
