There’s no doubt he’s a popular character, over 100 million copies of Fifty Shades of Grey have been sold worldwide, with the first 1 million physical copies being sold in a record breaking 11 weeks.

 A 2013 poll by Marie Claire even found that 44% of women would prefer to read Fifty Shades of Grey as opposed to having real sex! Its story is so steamy that it has actually been banned from several libraries in the United States due to its graphic nature!
