The following infographic breaks down the ranking of each elementary, middle, and high school within the Austin School District as determined by STAAR and TAKS testing data as well as reading, math, and science scores at the 5th, 7th, and 11th grade levels. Based upon their rankings, three color-coded maps designate each elementary, middle, and high school and their ranking according to Austin’s school boundary areas. The school boundaries are color-classified with green indicating higher-ranked schools and red indicating lower-ranked schools to clearly show where each school ranks in comparison to each other. This information can prove invaluable when making a home purchase in the Austin area.
