By the time our retirement approaches, there’s a good chance we will have worked with every conceivable type of boss. This list of the best and worst bosses from TV posted on Parade perfectly sums up the variety of bosses out there. Eventually, many of us will make the transition up the metaphorical (and sometimes literal) stairs to the role of boss.
Management gives us a lot more responsibility and the type of boss we become is less something you plan and more a reflection of your surroundings and natural instincts.
